What You Need To Bring
- Government issued identification document (such as a Driver’s License or Passport)
- Any supporting documentation for the reason you need fingerprinted, such as numbers or documents provided by employer
- Fingerprinting ORI/CRI Number and Authorization Code (if available)
- A form of payment (Apple Pay & Cash App Accepted)
